The 2024 American Community Survey five-year estimates combine information from 2020–2024. They are not a current headcount, a forecast or a list of available homes. Numeric margins below are the published 90% margins of error; the population row retains the Census controlled-estimate notation because sampling MOE is not applicable for that controlled estimate; it is not a missing value to replace with zero. Occupied and vacant units divide the total housing-unit estimate. Owner-occupied and renter-occupied counts divide occupied housing units, not all residents or all properties. “Vacant” does not mean advertised for sale or rent. No percentages, projections or derived margins have been calculated here.

Sampling uncertainty matters when comparing places: small differences may not support a meaningful comparison. The Census accuracy guide explains the 90% confidence level and controlled estimates. County averages do not describe an individual household or establish affordability, property condition or suitability.
