Ask the school which process applies to your circumstances; do not assume a utility account alone completes enrollment.

Use the correct academic year and the appropriate new-student, returning-student or kindergarten route. The existence of a nearby school is not a promise of assignment: verify the exact home address and applicable school system before making a housing decision.
