Jessica HassanBrowns Ferry Nuclear Plant sits beside Wheeler Reservoir near Athens. Its three reactors make the TVA site a substantial part of the area's energy industry.
TVA reports approximately 1,500 people working onsite, including both TVA employees and contractor partners. The figure describes the plant workforce and should not be read as a TVA-only payroll count.
For a job at Browns Ferry, confirm the employer, assignment location and arrival instructions before planning the commute. TVA's careers page is the starting point for TVA positions; contractor openings may be advertised separately.
